So You Want to Learn How to Sell Your Art

Are you a secret aspiring artist that is anxious to spring into the art world?Do you have a secret longing to have your art featured in a gallery or art show but have no idea how to sell your art?

Will your art be a hobby or favorite pastime, or will it be your full time living?You must consider and answer those questions first before you start researching how to sell your art.
Who will your potential buyers be? What are their demographics? You may decide to start only locally, but regardless of this decision, you will likely wish to have a web presence in order to learn how to sell art online.
It would be a mistake to only use the internet, however, as it lacks the personal touch. It will also be a good idea to mingle with gallery owners and other artists if you plan to become a successful fulltime artist yourself.
